What brokers ask before the first deal

No. You stay where you work now. The deal runs through us; your card stays yours. That is the point of the partner model: we don’t hire you, we work a deal with you. And if you do want a RERA card, that is solved individually: the option exists.

No, neither. We earn only when a deal closes. Until you earn, you owe us nothing.

Within two working days from the moment the money arrives from the developer or the client. On off-plan an advance is available: part of the commission right after the SPA. We settle in the format that suits you: several payout options are available.

Sale listings in Dubai are free: we publish through our accounts, you don’t need your own portal subscription, and leads on your unit go to you. Only Abu Dhabi listings and rental listings are paid.

That works too. We act as an outsourced agency: a service for your company, where your client sees you doing the work and we take the routine. On top of that, with strategic developers like Aldar we can secure the best units and presale access as an international company. So any company, even with a UAE licence, can close deals through us under a Sub-Brokerage Agreement.

Yes. Some partners live outside the UAE and lead their clients remotely. Viewings, documents, registration and settlements are on us; you stay in the deal and receive your commission.

It happens to everyone. Everybody did real work: viewings, contracts, negotiations. But if the client walked away from the purchase, you pay nothing and owe us nothing. And with your consent we don’t drop such clients: we send selections and launch updates, and they often come back.
