Two honest ways to earn without leading deals yourself. Both are written into an agreement before any money moves.
Pass a client
FOR YOU has a strong desk of brokers: we contact the client ourselves, talk it through and solve any task, from secondary to off-plan. You don’t run the deal: you pass the contact, we do the rest.
- We talk to the client and lead the deal ourselves
- Any task: secondary, off-plan, rentals
- The client is fixed to you in writing
- Your 50% of the commission after closing
This is passive income: you receive regular payouts for any service your referral uses. In practice one referred partner brings about AED 10,000 a year.
Refer a partner
Know a broker or an agency that needs Dubai? Introduce us. We serve partners across the whole range: deals and settlements, mortgage, property management, companies, visas and legal. You receive 1% of our revenue from any service this partner uses. An example: our average off-plan ticket is AED 2.5M with a 5% commission, that is AED 125,000 per deal and AED 1,250 yours. A good broker closes at least a deal a month: in practice one referred partner brings you about AED 10,000 a year.
